Hello, Neighbor!

WARNING: My journal is locked except to a glorious few super-talented and kindly souls that I shamelessly fawn over and fanpoodle. 

Why is it locked? 

Because...takes deep breath...

I do not fight. I do not play drama. I do not take sides. I am the Switzerland of Fandom. If you think I've said something mean, chances are you're not picking up on my silliness, snark, and sarcasm. Wicked-Oni makes love, not wank. Except, of course, when she tries to write fan-fiction...then wankiness abounds. Wankiness. Wankiness and Sappiness. And Typos. Wankiness, Sappiness and Typos. And horrific over-use of fan-girl Japanese. And I need to be beaten with my Thesaurus so I never over-exploit it again. Sighs dramatically.

And also, you are not the Switzerland of Fandom. Naphy is Switzerland, and I am Italy. I'm not saying who's England, but she's bland, boring, and slightly damp just like the real thing, and WAY too close to Scotland for comfort. She also gets blitzed a lot.

I'm not sure how to do the 'this journal is f-only' thing either, but I think you must click some sort of backdate option to keep your f-only message up.

Hello nice lady! I've friended you on here. I started an account here because my DA Journal has become more of a bulliten board, and I thought I'd combine the unholy forces of Myspace and LJ to keep folks who follow my work up-to-date on what I'm doing.

I figure one or 2 people actually care.

But I saw you on here and I thought I'd friend you. Also, this is the most confusing site to navigate. I chose an extra simple template for my journal for the folks who stop by and don't LJ, because, wow, confusing!

Ack! So glad you're here! Thank you so much for friending me...though I'm afraid you'll find me highly boring in this place.

Right now I'm trapped waiting for our local computer techs to give the thumbs up or down on my sad, sad and very dead desktop. Looks like I lost all my lousy pictures and fan-fiction!

Hi there. I recently discovered your Sess/Rin fanfic treasure on FF.Net and was not unduly impressed with it. You have a lovely writing style that flows and I thoroughly appreciate the lack of typos. Did I mention I love your style? The way you keep the characters in, well, CHARACTER is masterful and I love the attention to detail as well as the development of Sess and Rin's relationship. Now, because FF.Net is evil and cruel, what I consider the best part of a relationship was------------CUT! Just like that! I fled to MediaMiner and couldn't find the story. Then I ran over to LJ and I couldn't access it. Now I find myself writing you in hopes of achieving friend status, and, consequently, access to your incredible story in its ENTIRETY. If you have any mercy on a desperate fan...well, you get the picture. I'm practically groveling here. Oh and, by the by, you ought to get paid you're so damn good. Thank you for sharing your creativity. :hug:

I read some time ago your stories on ff.net and I loved it.
next week I happened to found them again ad I can't help it but I had to read ENNS again and I found it amazing just like the first time.
it's a shame though that you hadn't update anything in almost two years and you left us with such a cliffhanger!!

you said that ch24 should "contains some very grown-up naughtiness" well, I want read it!
I don't know what happened in your life in this two years but you are very talented and your story is among the best I' ve ever read.

I especially wanted to say I loved your comment on the front page, about being the "Switzerland of fandom" - IRL, I've been told a few times that if I were a country, I'd be Switzerland (though it's funny - I've never been known for having a very nice watch..;).

I've seen you mention a few times that you also had the fic posted at mediaminer, and I've tried to find it so that I could read the unedited version of the story. Alas, my search has been in vain. I'm starting with how I found you, and going from there - you can decide whether this is a 'sure, yah, I'll friend you' moment, or a 'woah...noooo, just stay far away from me, please.' moment.

I haven't read any of your fiction (okay, that I remember. I have the ability to remember names that is rivaled by pretty much everyone, including sheep with brain injuries). Actually, I was reading a little one shot of Wheezambu's. You know, the one where inuyasha gets a blow job and then gets all cuddly with Naraku and the reader is thinking 'cuddly? Really? That seems a little OOC- Holy shit, it's shippou!'

That one.

I was reading down the comments and read some of yours and you seemed like someone that 1) probably has some good fanfiction and 2) looked pretty interesting to know.

And then when I came across the Switzerland of Fandom, that doubled that impression. So, again, just wondering if you'd like to friend me. :-)


Oh...and from the comments on Wheezambu's story as well...congrats on the new baby! :-D
